Hey everyone! I hope someone can help me out with this. I know that my store manager printed out my first employee discount barcode, but that one expired and I figured it's time to print a new one so I can get my usual coffee after a shift. I can't seem to figure where I'm supposed to go to print of my barcode though. Can anyone help me out with this? A shift manager told me I had to do it on my home computer and go to bninside, but I just didn't understand. Thanks!

The barcode should open up as a PDF file that you can then print, so make sure your Adobe Reader (or equivalent program) is up to date. Same with the plugin that allows you to open PDF files in-browser. If that still doesn't work, you might also try using a different browser (I assume you're using Safari; maybe try Firefox or Chrome instead).

Also, make sure your browser isn't blocking pop-ups, even though this should open in a new tab rather than a new window. I seem to remember having to tell my browser to allow something from the HR Access site in order to let the barcode display properly.
